Welcome to the May 2015 BMB! If you’re just joining us for the first time, please make sure to introduce yourselves on the forum. Below are some helpful hints for those of you that are just getting started!

1) Create a signature and individualize your avatar. This allows people to know who you are and easily recognize you as you’re posting. This will come in handy if you plan on being an active poster. Get signature help here.
2) Remember that we are NOT medical professionals! If any of us happen to be Nurses, that’s a different story. Please do not solely rely on the information we provide to make decisions throughout your pregnancy. If you’re worried about something, consult a doctor rather than an internet forum.
3) Search the boards before posting, especially threads with common themes. In an attempt to keep the boards neat and tidy, look around before you post a new thread. There may already be a thread on the board that is asking the same question. Check out our pregnancy FAQ for commonly asked questions.
